Summary: check_snmp will not return status OK

Initial Comment:
The check_snmp module can not be made to return a value
of higher than 'WARNING' regardless of the options
specified. 

Even a simplistic request, ie

'check_snmp -H <ip address> -C <community> -o
system.sysUpTime.0 results in the following:

SNMP WARNING - Timeticks: (1516539759) 187 days,
2:23:17.59

build is 1.3 beta1, OS is debian/woody.
