Initial Comment:
I have patched the make_config script to correctly report 
interfaces from cisco routers and create the RRD files 
properly. Fixed other small bugs in script.  Included a 
new script called set_perms which will set the 
permissions correctly to allow RRD file updates and 
creation of the graphs in a default nagios installation.
