Summary: check_http min size patch

Initial Comment:
 	Here's a patch to check_http that allows the 
user to specify a
 minimum size
 required for the page requested.  It implements a -m (--
min) option to
 obtain the information from the command line.  It 
checks the size of the
 page (not HTTP headers) against the specified size.
