[Nagiosplug-devel] Changes to build for getopts

Just to warn that I am about to commit changes to CVS for the change to 
building getopt, so it is more like gnutar. I've also updated the 
getopt files from the latest stable gnu libraries.

I've tested it on my Mac OS X box, and also tested it on sourceforge's 
compile farm of Linux 2.4 (Debian 2.2 & Redhat 7.3), Linux 2.2 (Debian 
3.0), FreeBSD 4.7 and Sun Solaris 8, and they all work with no compile 
errors.

(There is a:
check_http.c: In function `connect_SSL':
check_http.c:869: warning: passing arg 1 of `asprintf' from 
incompatible pointer type
but I assume it is not me!)

There should be no need to have ifdefs for HAVE_GETOPT_H anymore as it 
will always be available.

Let me know if you hit any problems.
