	I also made some more comments on the patch entry as I found
.PCS. being used by tick.usno.navy.mil and .ACTS. from
time-C.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov...

	I would also make the [lumb] [lumb-] as I get the following on
one of my NTP servers...
