Summary: check_ldap does not do V3 binds

Initial Comment:
The check_ldap program does not do LDAP protocol V3 
binds, only V2.  This is trivial to fix, here is a patch.  I'd 
guess what would be most useful is to add a "-P" option 
to allow you to select a protocol, and default to V3.
