Summary: Fixes check_ntp parse of large poll intervals

Initial Comment:
The ntpq output parsing in check_ntp does not handle 
long poll intervals (those that include an "m", indicating 
minutes).  This short patch fixes this by adding "m" to 
the match string.  

Also corrects the misspelling of "Candidates" in the 
verbose output.
