OK, I haven't downloaded and tried it out yet, I'm waiting until I get
to the office tomorrow. However, if what I see above is the actual
output of the plugin (thanks Stanley), then it appears as though the
perfdata output is indeed formatted incorrectly.

It should appear this way:
<output> | pl=0ms;<warning_value>;<critical_value>
rta=1.76ms;<warning_value>;<critical_value>

There could be a min and max value following warn and crit, but it seems
unnecessary for an ICMP check, and is therefore omitted, along with the
trailing semicolons.
