Summary: check-ldap enhance for ldaps/StartTLS

Initial Comment:
I have written this patch to monitor ldaps and ldap
with StartTLS.
check_ldap should behave as before. If it is called
over the symlink chack_ldaps, it should use TLS. On
Port 636 by default and over the others via startTLS
(requires LDAPv3).
I have thought about a option for the ldap version,
that should be used, but have it not implemented for now.
