[Nagiosplug-devel] check_dns replacement written in Perl

This is a check_dns replacement written in Perl. It uses direct access 
to the resolver functions via the Perl Net::DNS modules. It has the 
added facility to check returned data against expected data and report 
errors. This relies on the new Perl framework to function.
