Initial Comment:
There are a few small issues with the
check_email_loop.pl script that cause ePN to fail in
Nagios 2.0.

The attached patch file addresses them and also
defaults to the "-w" perl flag so warnings show up
during future development work.

Added included patch and tested.  Fixed a type comparison
warning and return code of "-1" for UNKNOWN changed to "3".
