Summary: changed output to match dev guidelines

Initial Comment:
Trivial patch for standardization.

Changed the plugin to conform to the developer
guideline of "METRIC STATUS: Information text" in the
one line output of the plugin.

Also removed the #defines for the status codes. UNKNOWN
was set to -1 instead of 3 and they are already
included from common.h.
