Summary: check_http doesn't work with -C

Initial Comment:
check_http help suggests:

   check_http www.verisign.com -C 14

but this does not check the certificate as the -S
options is also required. However, to conform to the
help, the following patch can be applied:

TRUE;
>                               if (specify_port == FALSE)

HTTPS_PORT;


This ensures that SSL is enabled for certificate checking.
