Summary: fixes argument linked list for check_disk utility

Initial Comment:
in check_disk.c name_list structure is used without
allocated memory being cleared.  this works on linux
but not on several other unix based operating systems
(was discovered while building for AIX).  Problem is
fully described in bug report:

[ 1540327 ] check_disk C_IDFP/W_IDFP inputerror,
affects 1.4.3 not 1.4.2
