Initial Comment:
This patch enhances check_file_age by following
functionalities:
 -d check all files in FILE (if -f <file> is a directory)
 -r REGEXP only check files in <file> matching REGEXP
 -n NUM only exit non OK if the sum of non OK files is
larger or equal than NUM

The output contains a list of the failed filenames if
-d option is given
