[Nagiosplug-devel] usage() calls commented out in check_dhcp.c

Within the getopt_long(3) loop of check_dhcp.c, some usage() calls have
been commented out.  Anyone happen to know why?  I couldn't find a
reason for this in the SVN/CVS logs, so I commented most of them back in
(those that were relevant for the stuff I added to check_dhcp with my
latest commits).
