I just committed the current work to a branch. For now I decided to go
with two additional ntp checks so they can be easily compared to the
original one within the branch. check_ntpd.c is mainly completed (I need
to review the status codes for various special cases) while
check_time_ntp.c isn't started yet (just a copy of check_ntp.c).
