[Nagiosplug-devel] performance data output and locale settings

Hi,

i encountered a problem that affects collecting performance data. If the 
locale is not C or similar, then the performance data may have a 
different number format. Example: with german locale the performance 
data of check_disk and check_dns (and others) contain a "," instead of a 
"." as decimal point.
In the plugin development guide 
http://nagiosplug.sourceforge.net/developer-guidelines.html#AEN203
the "," is not allowed. Nagios addons that parse the performance data 
may also be started with another locale and cannot guess the number format.
