Yes they are, I saw that 2-3 days ago but didn't notified Ton yet (so
you can blame me :P )

I just tried to fix it and although I have access to most folders I
don't seem to have access to the snapshots one... In the mean time you
can always get the latest file with the exact URL:

http://nagiosplug.sourceforge.net/snapshot/nagios-plugins-HEAD.tar.gz
