gnulib update fixed HP-UX 11.23... and broke IRIX 6.5!

I sent an email about the issue on their mailing list, but it's not easy
to pinpoint the issue without access to an IRIX server (all I know is
it's about undeclared mbstate_t type).

Waiting for their feedback...
