Hi.

This is from the old / soon to be disabled again Nagios Plugins bug tracker that used to be at Nagios itself.
I've just copied this bug over. I'm not the original reporter and have no idea about the thoughts about this bug.

check_http -H host -f follow -e {something} prevents check_http from following redirects. Or, in other words. check_http -H host -f follow only accepts an end-point return-code of 200 OK.

When a url redirects from http to https (or from / to /some-app), and then expects a login. This URI can not be checked with the nagios check_http plugin.
