check_nagios should support other platform (#1223)

spy6 proposed a patch to check_nagios (which I'll attach if I can...). I don't think it really applies to the project rename, but I think at this point it's important this plugins supports other similar monitoring systems. 

We should rename this plugin and use symlinks to provide check_nagios, check_icinga, check_skrinken, etc.
