check_file_age: add option to provide perf data (#1292)

While at it: Multiple values should be separated by a space character, not
by a semicolon.   Apart from that, it would be nice if it would also print
the `warn` and/or `crit` fields (when the user specified thresholds on the
command line).	Maybe also `min=0`, at least for the file size (I guess the
age might be negative if the file's `mtime` is in the future?).  See the
[Development Guidelines][1] for the expected format.
