plugins-scripts/Makefile.am: Testing scripts with 'perl -wc' (c0b4f41)

the `PLSCRIPTS` variable is confusing, should be singular not plural, as it
contains one file a time. and as that variable is used only on that line
(variable will not "leak" to other commands), perhaps just name it as:
`script`
