The Monitoring Plugins Development Team announces version 3.0.0-rc4 of
the Monitoring Plugins.

This is the fourth release candidate for version 3.0.0. Against all hopes
rc3 was not good enough :-)

The most notable change compared to 3.0.0-rc3 is the change in the "summary" (the first line in the plugin output) of all
the plugins with the new output functionality.
It now contains either a topic specific OK message or (in the case of a non-OK state) the message from the worst-first failed subcheck.

   - check_ups: implement modern output

   - check_snmp: Put all privproto/authproto options into help
