[Nagiosplug-devel] print_help() and print_usage()

	Looking at the standardization Karl is pushing towards I have to say I
like as it's much cleaner... I just see we'll be doing a lot of code duplication
and wonder why we don't just put the two above mentioned functions in utils.c
rather than in each plugin... I haven't look'd yet at what would be entailed
with moving the functions but it would seem that would be better than multiple
copies of the functions floating around... As an added side-affect we can then
use it as a criteria for plugin acceptance that it defines the necessary
variables and makes the calls to the functions...

	Any other thoughts?
