I found this doesn't check the asterisk server sufficiently,
as althought the manager interface may work, the other parts
(isdn subsystem, sip, iax etc) may be down. It's a simple
plugin that does nothnig worth more than a ping. If the
asterisk server goes down (SIGSEGV or something), this
plugin will find it, but that's about it.
