Sorry, should have been more explicit.

I need to do some work to create the SVN repositories and I'll inform  
this list that the test repos are available (hopefully within the  
week). That will give time to change any tools that rely on CVS  
(snapshots, automatic dev guidelines creation, tinderbox - I'll take  
care of these) to migrate over to SVN. Meanwhile, CVS is the official  
master code and can still be used.

Then at some date in the future (probably 2 or 3 weeks away), I'll  
give some notice on this list before I re-create the new svn repo  
from the latest CVS and that will be the official master. Then the  
tools can be switched over and we can disable CVS.

That's the "back of envelope plan"...
