Patch for: check_http v1759 (nagios-plugins 1.4.10)

This patch adds an additional --head option to make check_http a HEAD request instead of the default GET.

Plugin Name: check_http
Example Plugin Commandline: ./check_http --head -H yourhost
Tested on operating system: Linux
Tested on architecture: SLES 9 (i586)
Tested with compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 (SuSE Linux)

I carefully tested the patch, but these are still my first steps with c code.
