[Nagiosplug-help] trouble installing nagiosplug-1.3-beta1.tar.gz

 I'm sure this is something obvious, but its been a few years since I've used make files.

I've run the configure command.  I then run make all and get:

Making all in plugins
Bad modifier: )

Unclosed variable specification
"Makefile", line 760: Need an operator
Fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue
*** Error code 1

Stop in /root/packages/nagiosplug-1.3-beta1 (line 185 of Makefile).
