[Nagiosplug-help] defalut path install for plugins

I would like to sugest that it would make more sense
to make the default install dir for cgi on the plugins
point to
	 /nagios/cgi-bin
 and not
	/cgi-bin/nagios

Since nagios has changed this, if one dows not take care
on providing the -CGIPATH to ./configure install will
fail.
