[Nagiosplug-help] getloadavg.c missing?

I'm trying to compile nagiosplug-1.3b1 on a Debian testing system and
running into some problems.

Whenever I run configure, I'm told that getloadavg.c cannot be found and
then configure errors out. I can't find getloadavg.c anywhere in the
tarball. I don't think I'm missing any system files.

Is there something I've missed along the line?
