[Nagiosplug-help] AIM Plugin & Text Messaging

Nagios,
I would like to use the AIM plugin but am unsure as to use the perl
script provided in the faqs. Is there someone who can assist me with the
following:
1. Where to setup the script to be run by nagios notifications
2. A sample edit of the script (do I need to create an new AIM account)
3. How do I send alerts to a specific AIM screen name
