Hello,

I am having a problem getting my "check_nrpe" commands to work. I am
running nrpe under inet with tcp wrappers and my configs look like so:

Inetd.conf

### NRPE (NAGIOS) INET CONFIG ###
nrpe stream tcp nowait nagios /usr/sbin/tcpd /opt/nagios/nrpe -c
/opt/nagios --inetd

services

### NRPE (NAGIOS) CONFIG ###
nrpe 5666/tcp # NRPE

Taken from "netstat -at"

Active Internet connections (servers and established)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State
tcp 0 0 *:nrpe *:* LISTEN

So, as you can see, all is running well. However, when I run the following
command:

Check_nrpe -H hostname1 -c check_disk1 (or anything!)

I get the following...

NRPE: Command 'check_disk' not defined

Now, I have this in my /opt/nagios/nrpe.cfg file:

command[check_disk1]=/opt/nagios//libexec/check_disk -w 20 -c 10 -p
/dev/hda1

Why will this not work for me? It connects fine, I checked the messages
file. I have tried to run other commands, which are by default part of
nrpe.cfg to no avail. Am I missing something? The compilation went
fine.... I am really stumped, any help would be fantastic! Thanks.

Pete
