[Nagiosplug-help] plugins help (./check_snmp)

hi all,

i am quite new with linux and nagios but i was able to succesfully installed and configured it in redhat 7.3.  i want to know how to check the up down status of each serial of the router.  i've been trying to use the ./check_snmp and ./check_ifoperstatus but i can't seem to get the correct format.  

i'll appreciate ur help on this.  thanks.
