[Nagiosplug-help] help in http plugin

Hi all

I am wondering if there are any other plugins available for checking HTTP, 
other than checking of tcp over port 80. As I am faced with flapping service 
problem due to the web server that redirected the URL resulting in a "302 
object moved" error. How do I solve this problem as I am not very good in 
coding?
