[Nagiosplug-help] Problem compiling plugin-1.3.0

Encountered following problems when trying to compile
nagios-plugin-1.3.0

- automake returns
 lib/Makefile.am: required file `./depcomp' not found

- make all returns error

Making all in lib

OS: Redhat 8 (no patches applied).
