[Nagiosplug-help] Acknowledgement response question

I'm using nagios1.0 that came with the sentinel package on RH7.3.  I was 
wondering if there's any way to make the "Author's" name appear in an 
acknowledgement to a service/host problem.  Currently, it prints 
whomever the message is sent to. 

Also, is there a way to get a log-out button or a timeout that will 
automatically log you out for nagios?
