[Nagiosplug-help] HOWTO Check SonicWall Tele3

Can anyone recommend a HOWTO for monitoring a SonicWall Tele3 from the
WAN side of the device?

We have no problems monitoring these devices from the LAN side, but even
adding Rules to allow various ports/protocols doesn't work; the device
doesn't seem to respond to anything on the WAN side.  (In principle,
this is a good thing, but not when we need to monitor it from the WAN
side!)
