[Nagiosplug-help] Additional Information t a service

Dear all,

does anyone know how to add more information to a service(I don't mean the
extended Host or Service information)?
What I'd like to do is add a information about the service and escalation in
case of trouble to a service.
I know that it's not possible when I just to add a new line with a value to
the service.cfg.

We need this in case that our default Operation Staff is not available.

Hope someone can help me.
