[Nagiosplug-help] NRPE_NT Version: 0.7f agent on Windows 2003 errors

Hi List,

    Am running NRPE_NT Version: 0.7f  agent  on Windows 2003 servers. I am getting the following
error in the Application eventlog

    Nagios connectivity with the agent is fine, the agent is running, monitoring appears to be
running fine, but still, this error keeps popping up every few minutes.

    The same agent runs on NT4 or W2k, but has no issues.

    If anyone has come accross the problem and has arrived at a solution please do share...
Any suggestions for debugging are also welcome.
