Plugin authors were a bit overenthusiastic. There are plugins that seems 
to work for one particular version of the ICA protocol, but they are 
rather untested.

contrib/check_ica* are the ones you want. Official plugin developer 
Stanley Hopcroft wrote them, so I suspect they have the usual --help 
flag available.
