[Nagiosplug-help] Notification comes twice

Hi everyone,

Is there anyone came across with a problem like sending notification
twice for any issue even for acknowledgements as well in Nagios. Please
help if anyone got that problem before and resolved it or what would be
the resolution. Any suggestion much appreciated.
