If Mysql is installed from your distribution make sure you're not
missing any devel package.

You can skip Mysql if you don't need it, otherwise set the path for
mysql. Ex.:

--without-mysql

--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql

The former assumes that you installed Mysql in /usr/local/mysql, i.e.
untar the Official Mysql binaries, rename the extracted directory to
'mysql' and move it to /usr/local/.
