[Nagiosplug-help] nagios plugin error

Good evening
   
  I have succesfully installed Nagios sever from source ..but when trying to install nagios-plugin1.4.5 its giving an error as
  ./config :error with-nagios-user and with -nagios-group.
   
  So I have installed only ./config
  But while trying to open the nagios web console...It's displaying as Internal server error or misconfiguration.....
   
  Please help me
