[Nagiosplug-help] Plugins 1.4.11 fails to build with PostgreSQL 8.3

Hi Thomas,

I've used the latest snapshot,
nagios-plugins-trunk-200802161300, instead and got check_pgsql to
compile successfully.
Apologies for sending the last e-mail directly to you, Gmail doesn't make it
