Hi,
here the plugins-directory /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/ ) is not world-writeable. 
Do we speak about the same directory? Your path looks a bit strange 
(testinstallation?).

But it is not necessary to have the directory with the plugins in 
world-writeable.
