[Nagiosplug-help] check_http gets 403 but not when run from command line.

If I run: /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_http --verbose --onredirect=follow
--host=localhost from the command line it works, but when scheduled through
nagios it fails with a 403.  It even does this when I turn off mod_security.

 

Anyone else getting 403's with check_http?  I can run the command from the
command line as any user successfully.
