But I ask the question, is there an NRPE for WIN 2003 Server?

I have been using the check_nt.

Hi Rick,

 

Just make sure that your script exits with an appropriate return code
(0=OK, 1=Warning, 2=Critical, 3=Unknown), then call them from NRPE, or
whatever remote execution method you prefer.  There are some good
guidelines at

Hi All:

 

Running Nagios 3.x on a Centos server. 

I have some custom check scripts on a WIN 2003 server that I would like
to incorporate into nagios checks.

The scripts are bash shell scripts running under cygwin. The scripts
work fine but how do I get nagios to run them and check the result?
