[Nagiosplug-help] check_pgsql installation

Hello,

I need help in the installation and configuration of the plugin "check_pgsql" in Nagios, I just need to monitor some postgreSQL dbs,  to see if there are up, please send me an email showing all the steps with details: (where do I have to copy the plugin, which command do I have to run to install it etc.. )
